Matcha pudding with chia seeds
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 ml | almond drink or other vegan milk |
1 ½ tsp | matcha powder |
1 ½ tbsp | maple syrup (as desired) |
70 g | chia seeds |
1 handful | blueberry |
50 g | strawberries, sliced |
1 tbsp | flaked almonds, toasted |
How it's done
Pudding
In a large bowl, whisk the vegan milk, matcha powder and maple syrup until the matcha powder has dissolved. Add the chia seeds, mix well, leave to stand for approx. 15 mins. Mix thoroughly once again, divide into 4 bowls, cover and refrigerate for min. 6 hrs. or ideally overnight.
Toppings
Decorate the pudding with the toppings shortly before serving.
