Grilled fruit salad with lemon balm
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 | peach, cut into approx. 1.5 cm slices |
| 1 | cantaloupe melon, sliced |
| 1 | apple, sliced |
| ½ | pineapple, cut into approx. 1.5 cm slices |
| 10 | strawberry |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar (e.g. Fine Food Aceto Balsamico di Modena) |
| ½ bunch | lemon balm, roughly torn |
How it's done
To prepare
Mix the fruit and oil in a bowl.
To grill the fruit
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the fruit over/on a very high heat for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Arrange the fruit on a platter. Drizzle with the balsamic and garnish with the lemon balm.
