Grilled fruit salad with lemon balm

Ingredients

To prepare
peach, cut into approx. 1.5 cm slices
cantaloupe melon, sliced
apple, sliced
½  pineapple, cut into approx. 1.5 cm slices
10  strawberry
2 tbsp olive oil
To grill the fruit
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (e.g. Fine Food Aceto Balsamico di Modena)
½ bunch lemon balm, roughly torn

To prepare

Mix the fruit and oil in a bowl.

To grill the fruit

Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the fruit over/on a very high heat for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Arrange the fruit on a platter. Drizzle with the balsamic and garnish with the lemon balm.
