Ravioli hearts with courgette and lemon sauce
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 250 g | ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling (f.ex. heart shaped ravioli Naturaplan) |
| 100 g | crème fraîche |
| ½ tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 | courgette, coarsely grated |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Ravioli
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the ravioli, stir fry for approx. 5 mins.
Sauce
Add the crème fraîche, lemon juice and courgette, season and mix.
