Salad in a jar
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 4 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 4 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 2 tsp | soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | wasabi paste |
| 1 tbsp | black sesame seeds |
| 150 g | white cabbage, shredded |
| 1 bunch | radish, thinly sliced |
| 4 | green asparagus, peeled into thin strips using a peeler |
| 100 g | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
| 1 | carrot, shredded |
| 20 g | garden cress |
How it's done
Dressing
Mix the vinegar with all the other ingredients up to and including the sesame seeds. Pour the dressing into the small jar, seal and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Salad
Layer the cabbage in the jars along with all the other ingredients up to and including the carrot, garnish with the cress. Drizzle with the dressing prior to serving.
