Yoghurt dressing, tzatziki and mango & port wine sauce
Ingredients
for 4 portions
| 360 g | plain yoghurt |
| 1 tsp | lime juice |
| 1 tbsp | parsley, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| ¼ | cucumber (approx. 50 g), deseeded, finely grated |
| 1 | garlic clove, pressed |
| 1 pinch | chilli powder |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| ½ | mango, diced |
| 1 tbsp | light port |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Basic yoghurt dressing
Mix the yoghurt, lime juice and parsley, season.
Tzatziki
Mix the cucumber, garlic and chilli powder with 1/3 of the basic yoghurt dressing, season.
Mango & port wine sauce
Combine the mango and port wine with 1/3 of the basic yoghurt dressing, season.
