Chocolate-covered banana pops

Ingredients

for 8 pieces

3 tbsp hazelnut, finely chopped
banana, halved
wooden stick
½ bag dark cake icing, melted
3 tbsp freeze-dried mixed berries, finely chopped

How it's done

Toast the nuts in a frying pan for approx. 2 mins., allow to cool. Insert one wooden stick into each banana, dip ¾ of the banana into the warm icing. Allow the excess icing to drip off, sprinkle with nuts or berries. Transfer to a sheet of baking paper, cover and chill for approx. 5 mins.
