Chocolate-covered banana pops
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
3 tbsp | hazelnut, finely chopped |
4 | banana, halved |
8 | wooden stick |
½ bag | dark cake icing, melted |
3 tbsp | freeze-dried mixed berries, finely chopped |
How it's done
Toast the nuts in a frying pan for approx. 2 mins., allow to cool. Insert one wooden stick into each banana, dip ¾ of the banana into the warm icing. Allow the excess icing to drip off, sprinkle with nuts or berries. Transfer to a sheet of baking paper, cover and chill for approx. 5 mins.
