Peppered beef tagliata with cucumber
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | lime juice |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| ½ | cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise |
| ½ tbsp | black sesame seeds |
| 1 tbsp | oil for frying |
| 2 | beef entrecôtes (approx. 200 g each) |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| ½ tsp | black pepper, crushed |
How it's done
Cucumber salad
Mix the lime juice, oil and salt, add the cucumber and sesame seeds, mix.
Fry the meat
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat for approx. 4 mins. on each side, remove. Cut the meat into thin slices, season, arrange on two plates. Top with the cucumber salad.
