Rosé with pomegranate and melon

Ingredients

for 4 person

pomegranate, halved, half of the seeds removed, set aside, juice squeezed out of the remaining half
200 g watermelons, deseeded, diced
some  ice cubes
4 dl rosé wine (e.g. Mateus Trasos Montes Rosé)
2 dl sparkling mineral water
4 sprig Thai basil

How it's done

Divide the pomegranate seeds and juice between the glasses. Add the melon and ice cubes, top up with the wine and water. Garnish the drinks with Thai basil. Serve immediately.
