Rosé with pomegranate and melon
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 | pomegranate, halved, half of the seeds removed, set aside, juice squeezed out of the remaining half |
| 200 g | watermelons, deseeded, diced |
| some | ice cubes |
| 4 dl | rosé wine (e.g. Mateus Trasos Montes Rosé) |
| 2 dl | sparkling mineral water |
| 4 sprig | Thai basil |
How it's done
Divide the pomegranate seeds and juice between the glasses. Add the melon and ice cubes, top up with the wine and water. Garnish the drinks with Thai basil. Serve immediately.
