Gin cocktail with ginger and cucumber

Ingredients

for 4 person

½  cucumber, sliced lengthwise
2 dl gin
some  ice cubes
4 dl ginger beer
2 dl sparkling mineral water
4 sprig peppermint

How it's done

Divide the cucumber slices between the glasses. Add the gin and ice cubes, top up with the ginger beer and water. Garnish the drinks with mint. Serve immediately.
