Chicken wings with couscous

Ingredients

for 4 person

Marinade
2 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cane sugar
Chicken wings
1 kg chicken wings
1 ½ tsp salt
Couscous
100 g couscous
½ tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
2 ¼ dl water, boiling
1 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
red-skinned apple, cut into cubes
150 g yellow peppers, cut into cubes

How it's done

Marinade

Thoroughly mix the Crema di Balsamico with all the other ingredients up to and including the cane sugar.

Chicken wings

Mix the chicken wings with the marinade, cover and marinate in the fridge for approx. 30 mins. Salt the chicken wings, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To cook

Approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.

Couscous

Mix the couscous, lemon juice, oil and salt in a bowl, pour in the water, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 5 mins. Separate the couscous with a fork. Mix in the Crema di Balsamico, apple and pepper, serve with the chicken wings.
