Sausage and cheese salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 300 g | new potatoes, quartered |
| 2 tsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 2 piece | aluminium foil |
| 4 | cervelat sausages |
| 2 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | rapeseed oil |
| 90 g | plain yoghurt |
| ½ bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 200 g | semi-hard cheese (e.g. Lucerne creamy cheese), cut into approx. 2 cm cubes |
| 1 | cucumber, peeled, quartered, deseeded, cut into approx. 1 cm pieces |
| 100 g | head lettuce with hearts, leaves removed |
How it's done
To grill
Mix the new potatoes with the oil and salt, wrap in foil.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the potatoes over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for a further 5 mins.
Cut the sausages in half lengthwise and then diagonally into approx. 5 mm slices.
Dressing
Combine the balsamic, oil and yoghurt. Add the chives, mix and season.

Mix the potatoes, sausages, cheese, cucumber and lettuce with the dressing.
