Ingredients

Sauce
80 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
¼ tsp salt
Tarte flambée
rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 260 g)
100 g red pepper, cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide
80 g carrot, coarsely grated
1 tin corn kernels (approx. 140 g), rinsed, drained
baby lettuce, thinly sliced

How it's done

Sauce

Mix the crème fraîche and pesto, season with salt.

Tarte flambée

Spread the sauce on top of the tarte flambée. Top with the pepper, carrot, sweetcorn and lettuce.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C.
