Rainbow tarte flambée
Ingredients
for 4 person
80 g | crème fraîche |
2 tbsp | pesto verde (green pesto) |
¼ tsp | salt |
1 | rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 260 g) |
100 g | red pepper, cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide |
80 g | carrot, coarsely grated |
1 tin | corn kernels (approx. 140 g), rinsed, drained |
1 | baby lettuce, thinly sliced |
How it's done
Sauce
Mix the crème fraîche and pesto, season with salt.
Tarte flambée
Spread the sauce on top of the tarte flambée. Top with the pepper, carrot, sweetcorn and lettuce.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C.
