Chicken breast skewers with a paprika crumb
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 3 | chicken breasts (each approx. 150 g) |
| 12 | wooden skewers, soaked in water |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 2 ½ tbsp | honey |
| ½ tbsp | lemon juice |
| 80 g | potato crisps, crushed |
How it's done
Chicken breasts
Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into four equal strips, pound flat. Thread the chicken strips onto the skewers in a wave pattern.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the chicken breast skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side, season with salt.
Crispy paprika crumb
Combine the honey and lemon juice. Coat the hot chicken skewers with the honey and lemon mixture, roll immediately in the crisps, press firmly.
