Hot dogs
Ingredients

2 | baguettes (approx. 300 g each), halved, cut open lengthwise |
4 | frankfurter sausages |
4 tbsp | ketchup |
1 | iceberg lettuce, leaves torn |
200 g | carrots, coarsely grated |
100 g | Gruyère, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Grill the baguettes over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 1 min. on each side.
Grill the sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C, for approx. 6 mins. all over.
Hot dogs
Spread the cut side of the baguettes with ketchup, add the lettuce, carrot and sausage, top with the cheese.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the hot dogs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 1 min.
