Banana and oat smoothie

Are you always left with overripe bananas that nobody wants to eat, too? I have created a super-fast recipe to show you how you can turn these into a delicious smoothie. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack. Or why not whiz it up before your next yoga session – namaste!

Ingredients

for 2 person

Smoothie
banana (ripe)
2 tbsp cashew nuts
2 tbsp rolled oats
3 dl milk
½ tsp cinnamon
Serve
1 tsp honey
a little  cinnamon
cinnamon sticks

How it's done

Smoothie

Place all of the ingredients in a mixer and puree for 2-3 mins.

Serve

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses (each approx. 200 ml), garnish with a little honey and cinnamon, place a cinnamon stick in each glass.
