Penne in a creamy salmon sauce

Ingredients

for 2 person

To cook the pasta
250 g pasta (e.g. penne)
  salted water, boiling
Creamy salmon sauce
a little  olive oil
onion, cut into thin slices
courgette, cut into cubes
75 g smoked salmon, cut into strips
2 tbsp capers, rinsed, drained
1 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
1 dl full cream

How it's done

To cook the pasta

Cook the penne in salted water until al dente, set aside approx. 100 ml of cooking water, drain the penne.

Creamy salmon sauce

Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the onion and courgette for approx. 2 mins. Add the salmon and all the other ingredients up to and including the cream, bring to the boil. Add the penne and cooking water to the sauce, mix, serve.
