Ingredients
for 4 person
| 250 g | perfumed rice |
| 2 ½ dl | water |
| 2 ½ dl | coconut milk |
| 1 stick | lemongrass, crushed |
| ½ tsp | turmeric |
| ½ tsp | salt |
How it's done
To wash the rice
Rinse the rice in a sieve under cold running water until the water runs clear, then drain well.
To cook the rice
Place the water and all the remaining ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil, cover the rice and leave to absorb on a switched-off hob for 15-20 mins.; do not lift the lid. Remove the lemongrass, separate the rice with a fork.
