Za'atar roasted cauliflower
Ingredients

600 g | cauliflower, cut into florets |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | Za'atar (spice mix) |
½ tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
5 | Medjool dates, pitted, cut into thin strips |
3 tbsp | pomegranate seeds |
2 tbsp | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Cauliflower
Mix the cauliflower, oil, za'atar and salt in a bowl and transfer to an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Za'atar cauliflower
Mix the cauliflower with the lemon juice and the remaining ingredients, serve while still warm.
