Chicken wings with honey and paprika

Ingredients

for 4 person

Potatoes
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 sprig rosemary
800 g baby potatoes, cut into wedges
Chicken wings
2 tbsp honey
garlic clove, squeezed
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
12  chicken wings (approx. 800 g)

How it's done

Potatoes

Place the salt, oil, rosemary and potatoes in a large bowl, mix well and spread onto the prepared baking tray.

Chicken wings

In the same bowl, mix the honey with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Add the chicken wings, mix well, arrange on top of the potatoes on the tray.

To roast

Approx. 60 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
