Salad
2 tbsp olive oil
passion fruit, pulp scooped out
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
mango, sliced
150 g radish, thinly sliced
spring onion incl. green part, cut into thin rings
½ bunch basil, finely chopped

How it's done

Salad

Mix the oil, passion fruit seeds and ginger in a bowl, season. Mix in the mango, radish, spring onions and basil.
