Fruit and vegetable smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 | mango, cut into pieces |
| 20 g | baby spinach |
| 1 | apple, cut into pieces |
| 2 | oranges, cut into pieces |
| 100 g | carrots, cut into pieces |
| 3 dl | water |
How it's done
In a blending cup, puree the mango with all the other ingredients up to and including the water. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
