Ingredients

for 4 person

mango, cut into pieces
20 g baby spinach
apple, cut into pieces
oranges, cut into pieces
100 g carrots, cut into pieces
3 dl water

How it's done

In a blending cup, puree the mango with all the other ingredients up to and including the water. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
