Vegan cinnamon balls

These vegan cinnamon balls are super-quick to make and keep for at least 2 weeks in the fridge. Presented in a pretty storage jar, they are also a tasty and healthy small gift.

Ingredients

for 20 pieces

Basic mix
250 g almonds
12  dates, pitted
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Almond & cinnamon mixture
2 tbsp ground almonds
½ tsp cinnamon

How it's done

Basic mix

Blitz all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender to create a uniform mixture. Shape the mixture into approx. 20 balls.

Almond & cinnamon mixture

Mix the almonds with the cinnamon. Coat the balls with the mixture, pressing it down lightly. Chill the balls for approx. 30 mins.
