Radish crostini
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 bunch | radish, quartered |
1 ½ tbsp | olive oil |
½ tsp | sugar |
½ tsp | salt |
4 slice | bread (e.g. pagnol bread) |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
100 g | cream cheese |
½ bunch | dill, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Radishes
Mix the radishes, oil, sugar and salt in a bowl, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in an oven preheated to 200 °C (fan). Brush the slices of bread with oil, toast in the oven for the final 5 mins. Remove and allow to cool a little.
Crostini
Spread the toast with cream cheese, top with the radish and dill, serve lukewarm.
