Ingredients

for 4 glasses

baby pineapple, cut into pieces
150 g Karma Jocos nature
4 dl carrot juice
2 tsp ginger, grated
4 sprig peppermint

How it's done

In a blending cup, puree the pineapple with all the other ingredients up to and including the ginger. Serve in glasses with a sprig of mint.
