Banana granola
Ingredients
for 500 g
250 g | whole-grain rolled oats |
30 g | linseed |
80 g | almond, roughly chopped |
20 g | sunflower seeds |
30 g | pumpkin seeds |
½ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
1 pinch | salt |
2 | banana, very ripe, cut into pieces |
½ dl | sunflower oil |
3 tbsp | honey |
How it's done
Dry ingredients
In a large bowl, mix the oat flakes with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt.
Moist ingredients
Puree the bananas with the oil and honey, add to the oat flakes, mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 40 mins. in an oven preheated to 160 °C (convection). Separate the granola with a fork from time to time so that it toasts evenly. Remove the granola from the oven and leave to cool. Transfer the granola to an airtight container
