Cod fillets wrapped in lemon and bacon

Ingredients

for 4 person

Preparing the fish
Royal cod fillet (approx. 350 g each)
¼ tsp hot paprika
1 tsp salt
organic lemon, thinly sliced
200 g bacon strips
Vinaigrette
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 bunch radish, cut into thin slices

How it's done

Preparing the fish

Place the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season the fish, place the lemon slices on top, wrap in the bacon.

To bake

for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Vinaigrette

Combine the balsamic and oil, season with salt. Stir in the parsley and radishes.
