Potato soup with frankfurter sausage
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 1 | onion, roughly chopped |
| 400 g | waxy potatoes |
| 1 dl | white wine |
| 5 dl | vegetable bouillon |
| 1 dl | cream |
| 1 pair | frankfurter sausage |
How it's done
Heat the butter in a pan. Briefly sauté the onion and potatoes. Pour in the wine and reduce a little. Add the stock, cover and simmer for approx. 25 mins. until soft. Puree the soup, add the cream and sausage, heat gently.
