Veal sausage fry-up

Ingredients

for 2 person

1 tbsp olive oil
300 g baby potatoes, cut into slices
1 tbsp butter
200 g frozen mixed vegetables (e.g. Findus Marché Mixed Vegetables Royal, defrosted)
St. Gallen veal bratwurst, in slices
onion, cut into strips
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the potatoes, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins., turning occasionally. Add the butter, vegetables, sausage and onion, fry the ingredients for approx. 15 mins., turning frequently, season.
