Veal sausage fry-up
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 300 g | baby potatoes, cut into slices |
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 200 g | frozen mixed vegetables (e.g. Findus Marché Mixed Vegetables Royal, defrosted) |
| 2 | St. Gallen veal bratwurst, in slices |
| 1 | onion, cut into strips |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the potatoes, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins., turning occasionally. Add the butter, vegetables, sausage and onion, fry the ingredients for approx. 15 mins., turning frequently, season.
