Chocolate bar cake
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
| 150 g | white flour |
| 150 g | sugar |
| 40 g | cocoa powder |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 3 | eggs |
| 120 g | butter, melted |
| 3 tbsp | espressos, cold |
| 1 dl | cream |
| 6 | chocolate sticks (approx. 23 g each) |
| icing sugar to dust |
How it's done
Super-quick cake mixture
In a bowl, mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Add the eggs, butter, espresso and cream, mix well. Transfer the cake mixture to the prepared tin.
Press the chocolate bars into the cake mixture.
To bake
Approx. 1 hr. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove the cake from the oven, allow to cool a little, remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack. Dust the cake with icing sugar.
