Pumpkin smoothie bowls with autumn granola

Smoothie bowls are the ultimate trend food, and yes, I've fallen for them, too. Whether you're using blueberries, classic acai berries or mango, they're all delicious – but unfortunately not very autumnal. However, those who just cannot do without a delicious and Instagrammable smoothie bowl in autumn and winter simply must try this incredibly delicious pumpkin smoothie bowl. The combination might sound a little daring, but the sweet flesh of the Hokkaido squash goes perfectly with the frozen banana and my autumn granola.

Ingredients

for 2 person

Bowls
200 g squash (Hokkaido), diced, steamed, chilled
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
banana (frozen)
100 ml almond drink
Toppings
2 tbsp Granola (autumnal fruit and nut granola)
2 tsp dried goji berries
some  berries and/or fresh fruit of your choice

How it's done

Bowls

Purée all of the ingredients in a blender or mixer. Serve in two bowls.

Toppings

Decorate the bowls with the toppings.
