Pizza bianca ai funghi
Ingredients
for 2 person
1 | pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 330 g) |
4 tbsp | crème fraîche |
200 g | king oyster mushrooms, sliced |
150 g | mozzarella, sliced |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Pizza
Roll out the dough and place on a tray with the baking paper. Spread with crème fraîche. Top with mushrooms and mozzarella, season.
Bake
for approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
