Lentil dal
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | Indian curry |
| 150 g | yellow lentils |
| 1 tin | chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g) |
| 2 dl | water |
| ¾ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 4 tbsp | plain yoghurt |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a pan. Roast the curry powder for approx. 1 min., add lentils and tomatoes, pour in the water, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer for approx. 15 mins., season, serve with yoghurt.
