Veal steaks with artichokes

Ingredients

for 2 person

Steaks
200 g veal frying steaks (minute steaks)
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
1 tbsp white flour
1 tbsp olive oil
Dressing
1 glass artichoke hearts in oil (approx. 280 g), drained, quartered
2 dl single cream for sauces
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
¼ bunch sage, finely chopped

How it's done

Steaks

Season the meat, coat in flour and fry in hot oil for approx. 1 min. on each side, remove.

Dressing

Add the artichokes to the same pan and fry for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins., season. Return the steaks to the pan and heat gently. Sprinkle sage on top.
