Celeriac and lentil salad

Ingredients

Lentils
240 g Betty Bossi grüne Linsen mit Rüebli und Sellerie
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
200 g celery
apple, deseeded, diced
30 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Lentils

Prepare the lentils according to the packet instructions. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl, add the warm lentils.

Salad

Add the celeriac and apple, mix, sprinkle with hazelnuts.
