Celeriac and lentil salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 240 g | Betty Bossi grüne Linsen mit Rüebli und Sellerie |
| 3 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 200 g | celery |
| 1 | apple, deseeded, diced |
| 30 g | hazelnuts, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Lentils
Prepare the lentils according to the packet instructions. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl, add the warm lentils.
Salad
Add the celeriac and apple, mix, sprinkle with hazelnuts.
