Salad snack with salmon and avocado
Ingredients
for 4 person
250 g | 1/2-fat quark |
2 tbsp | grated horseradish in a jar |
8 leaf | baby lettuce |
1 | smoked salmon (approx. 110 g), torn into pieces |
1 | avocado, diced |
50 g | cress |
1 tbsp | sesame seeds |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Combine the quark with the horseradish. Place the lettuce leaves next to each other. Spoon the horseradish and quark mixture on top. Add the salmon, diced avocado, cress and sesame seeds. Drizzle with a little olive oil, season.
