Salad snack with salmon and avocado

When you visit Denmark, delicious salmon can be found on every corner. Fish is extremely popular here, not to mention as fresh at it comes. The following recipe requires just a handful of fresh ingredients that together with the salmon produce a light, fresh salad snack. Velbekomme!

Ingredients

for 4 person

250 g 1/2-fat quark
2 tbsp grated horseradish in a jar
8 leaf baby lettuce
smoked salmon (approx. 110 g), torn into pieces
avocado, diced
50 g cress
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Combine the quark with the horseradish. Place the lettuce leaves next to each other. Spoon the horseradish and quark mixture on top. Add the salmon, diced avocado, cress and sesame seeds. Drizzle with a little olive oil, season.
