Plum and cinnamon sorbet
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 600 ml | water |
| 250 g | plum halved, pitted |
| 250 g | blueberry |
| 160 g | cane sugar |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
How it's done
Simmer all of the ingredients in a pan over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins., leave to cool. Puree the mixture in a food processor or blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular tin (or ice cream maker, if available).
Freeze for approx. 6 hrs., stirring every 40 mins. or so with a fork.
