Pear and cheese parcels
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 | puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle (25x42 cm) |
250 g | plain cottage cheese |
80 g | grated Sbrinz |
2 | hard-boiled egg, coarsely chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
3 | pear, halved, cored, cut into segments |
some | knob of butter |
40 g | grated Sbrinz |
2 tbsp | rosemary, finely chopped |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Puff pastry parcels
Roll out the pastry, cut into 4 squares, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Combine the cottage cheese, cheese and eggs, season. Spread the cheese mixture onto the pieces of pastry, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all round.
Topping
Arrange the slices of pear on top of the cheese mix so that they overlap slightly. Spread over the butter, Sbrinz and rosemary, season.
Bake
Approx. 18 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
