Ingredients

Rösti
600 g waxy potatoes, cooked in their skins, day-old, coarsely grated
100 g carrot, coarsely grated
100 g frozen peas
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Vegetable Rösti raclette
300 g Emmental, coarsely grated

How it's done

Rösti

Mix the potatoes, carrots and peas in a bowl, season.

Vegetable Rösti raclette

Place the vegetables in the raclette pans and grill under a raclette grill for approx. 5 mins. Top with cheese and allow to melt for approx. 5 mins.
