Rösti raclette
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 600 g | waxy potatoes, cooked in their skins, day-old, coarsely grated |
| 100 g | carrot, coarsely grated |
| 100 g | frozen peas |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 300 g | Emmental, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Rösti
Mix the potatoes, carrots and peas in a bowl, season.
Vegetable Rösti raclette
Place the vegetables in the raclette pans and grill under a raclette grill for approx. 5 mins. Top with cheese and allow to melt for approx. 5 mins.
