Pizza raclette
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 | pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 38 cm) |
| 200 g | tomato sauce |
| 300 g | smoked mozzarella, coarsely grated |
| 80 g | black olives, halved |
How it's done
Pizza
Cut the pizza dough into 15 pieces. Cook in batches on the raclette grill for approx. 2 mins. on each side.
Raclette pizza
Place the pieces of dough in the raclette pans, spread the tomato sauce on top, then top with the cheese and olives. Finish cooking under the raclette grill for approx. 5 mins.
