800 g raclette cheese in slices, in slices
90 g baby corn cobs, drained
80 g diced bacon
½ tbsp raclette seasoning

How it's done

Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans, top with the baby corn and diced bacon, season. Melt under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
