Chicken and vegetable tikka masala
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 | chicken breasts (approx. 150 g, cut into cubes |
2 ½ dl | coconut milk |
6 tbsp | Karma Bio Tikka Masala Sauce |
1 tbsp | oil |
1 bag | stir-fry vegetables |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Combine the chicken with 2 tbsp of coconut milk and 2 tbsp of tikka masala sauce. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken for approx. 5 mins. Add the remainder of the coconut milk, tikka masala sauce and the vegetables, season, simmer for approx. 5 mins.
