Red cabbage salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 tbsp | vinegar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | organic orange, grate half of the zest, dice the flesh |
¼ tsp | salt |
pepper | |
300 g | red cabbage, finely sliced |
100 g | smoked salmon, broken into pieces |
50 g | walnut, roughly chopped |
How it's done
Cabbage salad
Combine the vinegar, oil and orange zest, season. Add the cabbage, mix well, cover and allow to infuse for approx. 10 mins.
To garnish
Mix the diced orange, salmon and walnuts in with the salad before serving.
