Ingredients

Cabbage salad
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
organic orange, grate half of the zest, dice the flesh
¼ tsp salt
  pepper
300 g red cabbage, finely sliced
To garnish
100 g smoked salmon, broken into pieces
50 g walnut, roughly chopped

How it's done

Cabbage salad

Combine the vinegar, oil and orange zest, season. Add the cabbage, mix well, cover and allow to infuse for approx. 10 mins.

To garnish

Mix the diced orange, salmon and walnuts in with the salad before serving.
