Gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce and kalettes (flower sprout)

Ingredients

for 2 person

Kalettes
300 g kalettes (Flower Sprouts)
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
  pepper
Gnocchi
½ tbsp olive oil
300 g Naturaplan Bio Betty Bossi Gnocchi di patate
100 g blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola)
1 ¼ dl milk
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Kalettes

Mix kalettes with oil, season. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 12 mins. in the centre of a (fan) oven preheated to 200°C.

Gnocchi

Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the gnocchi for approx. 5 mins., then remove. Add the gorgonzola and milk to the same pan and stir until they form a smooth sauce, season. Add gnocchi, mix with the sauce. Sprinkle kalettes over the gnocchi.
