Caramel & pear muffins
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
1 | Betty Bossi Muffin Mix Betty Bossi muffin mix (240 g) |
100 g | butter, liquid, left to cool |
1 dl | water |
4 tbsp | Betty Bossi Caramel-Würfeli |
1 | pear, cut into pieces |
How it's done
Mixture
Combine the muffin mix with the butter and water, then beat until smooth for approx. 3 mins. using the whisk on a hand mixer. Stir in the caramel cubes, spoon the mixture into cases and insert the pear into the muffins.
Baking
approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool on a cooling rack.
