Ingredients

for 100 g

Crunchy mixture
100 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
50 g almonds, coarsely chopped
50 g cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp linseed
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp sunflower oil
organic orange, use grated zest only
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Winter muesli
apple, coarsely grated
2 tbsp cranberries
21 g Karma gefriergetrocknete Früchte Crispy Berries & Apple
6 dl almond drink

How it's done

Crunchy mixture

Mix all the ingredients up to and including the salt, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 18 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.

Winter muesli

Divide the crunchy paleo mixture between 4 bowls. Mix in the apple, cranberries and freeze-dried fruit, pour in the almond milk.
