Ingredients

for 6 pieces

Galettes
puff pastry dough, rolled into a circle
100  Gruyère, cut into thin slices
½  apple, cut into thin slices
2 sprig thyme, leaves torn off
  salt and pepper to taste
Baking
a little  olive oil

How it's done

Galettes

Unroll the puff pastry, cut out 6 circles (each approx. 12 cm in diameter), transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Place alternate slices of cheese and apple in the middle, sprinkle with thyme, season, fold in the edges.

Baking

Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven and drizzle with oil.
