Winter soup

Ingredients

for 2 person

1 tbsp olive oil
200 g waxy potatoes, cut into cubes
200 g savoy cabbage, cut into thin slices
8 dl water
1 tsp salt
a little  pepper
1 tin white beans (approx. 240 g), rinsed and drained
30 g Sbrinz, peeled into long, thin strips using a peeler

How it's done

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the potatoes for approx. 3 mins. Add the savoy cabbage, pour in the water, season. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Add the beans and simmer for approx. 3 mins. Sprinkle the Sbrinz on top of the soup.
