Winter soup
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 200 g | waxy potatoes, cut into cubes |
| 200 g | savoy cabbage, cut into thin slices |
| 8 dl | water |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 tin | white beans (approx. 240 g), rinsed and drained |
| 30 g | Sbrinz, peeled into long, thin strips using a peeler |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the potatoes for approx. 3 mins. Add the savoy cabbage, pour in the water, season. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Add the beans and simmer for approx. 3 mins. Sprinkle the Sbrinz on top of the soup.
