Teriyaki turkey
Ingredients
for 2 person
| oil, for frying | |
| 300 g | turkey breast, cut into strips approx. 2 cm wide |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 ½ tbsp | sugar |
| 4 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 3 cm | ginger, grated |
| 1 tsp | Maizena cornflour |
How it's done
Turkey
Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the turkey breast for approx. 3 mins., season.
Teriyaki sauce
Combine the sugar with all the other ingredients up to and including the cornflour, add to the turkey, simmer for approx. 3 mins. while stirring.
