Ingredients

for 8 pieces

Flan
pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)
400 g Gruyère, finely grated
1 tbsp white flour
2 dl single cream
1 dl milk
eggs, beaten
a little  nutmeg
2 pinch salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Flan

Place the dough and baking paper in the flan tin, firmly prick the base with a fork. Mix the cheese with the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture over the base.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin and serve warm.
