Fruit salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 dl | water |
2 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 | vanilla pod, cut open lengthwise |
600 g | fruit seasonal, cut into pieces |
How it's done
Syrup
Bring the water to the boil along with the sugar, lemon juice and vanilla pod, reduce for approx. 5 mins. to half the amount, leave to cool.
Mix the fruit with syrup, cover and leave to steep for approx. 30 mins.
