Ingredients

Syrup
1 dl water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
vanilla pod, cut open lengthwise
600 g fruit seasonal, cut into pieces

How it's done

Syrup

Bring the water to the boil along with the sugar, lemon juice and vanilla pod, reduce for approx. 5 mins. to half the amount, leave to cool.

Mix the fruit with syrup, cover and leave to steep for approx. 30 mins.
